One of very unprofessional bunch of people and rude , aggressive hired by specsavers and specially Christian who never even allow you to even speak, always ready to show you exit gate. Had many glasses in past from other stores but never encountered such experience before. I will Avoid going them to again even if its last shop on earth

Great staff with excellent people skills. They will make you feel comfortable. The products are superior quality as well. I've been coming there for my eye test every year for a great number of years now.

Disorganised, inexperienced and unprofessional staff. Staff member does not listen to their customer’s needs but pushes to sell. I was transferred 3 times between chairs and staff members, explained each time what I was after. Everyone starts from somewhere and I can totally understand new-to-job has its challenges but because of the lack of support onsite, I waited for 40 minutes repeating myself without solution. The last staff member seemed to the the only experienced staff that day but his time was too precious to hear one completed sentence from me. When I asked if he could pass on my feedback regarding the inconsistent quotes and procedures, he again cut me off and became defensive “I was not involved” “ I don’t know what happened” and started to look away from me when speaking. I have subsequently placed an oder with what I would like at a different store and will unfortunately not revisit Altona Meadows Specsaver again. I would not recommend this store.

Much impressed by Dr. Harrietta's professionalism. She not only examined my eyes expertly, but also explained everything to me crystal clear like my vision with the new glasses she prescribed. Also enjoyed the warmth reception by the friendly staffs. Highly recommended!

I only transitioned from other optometrist to Spec Savers. Testing process explained and discussed during the entire time, results explained and assistance given moving forward. Felt welcomed and concern provided due to special needs. I'm disappointed in myself I didn't go to Specsavers earlier. So glad I made the change.

Can highly recommend Specsavers, Altona Meadows, for courteous and quality Customer Care, and attention to detail eye check. - Special thanks to Etti (Optometrist), for her ‘second to none’ professionalism. Outstanding Assistance! I could not recommend enough Specsavers, Altona Meadows. Ra’s assistance has been simply wonderful. Ra assisted me in finding glasses that are suitable for me. She went out of her way to make me feel valued and well looked after! I am extremely appreciative of Ra’s assistance and professionalism.
